Jeanette King has been singing and making music since her own kindergarten days. She holds a degree in Music Education and has taught preschool and grade school students for nearly 35 years. At SB ARTS, she has directed the early childhood music programs Joyful Music and Teach Me Music since their founding, and has created and directed numerous seasonal and non-seasonal musicals, programs, and shows that give students the opportunity to showcase their talents and abilities.

Jeanette’s teaching centers on building the essential foundations of music, setting each student up for success as they grow in their love and understanding of music throughout their lives. Her mission is simple: to teach, lead, and encourage every student to grow in their love and learning of music.
