Sharyn Byer Institute of Fine Arts

Formerly known as the Columbia Institute of Fine Arts, the institute has trained students for over 26 years in a wide range of musical disciplines. Sharyn Byer was one of our original instructors and embodied everything our institute represents. She was a professional musician, teacher and mentor whose love of music inspired her students to pursue their own life-long journey of musical excellence. Likewise, knowing that every student is different, our current instructors seek to provide exceptional instruction and guidance on an individual basis.
