The Sharyn Byer Institute of Fine Arts provides high caliber private and group instruction in instrumental, voice, dance, and early childhood music to students of all ages. We have been training students in the Northern Virginia area in a wide range of arts disciplines for over 26 years.

Formerly the Columbia Institute of Fine Arts, SBIFA was renamed in honor of one of our original instructors, Sharyn Byer, after her passing in 2021.
